Linnea Sustain

I am looking to get Linnea when she comes out to complete the Zibai-Columbina-Illuga team, but I use HoD on Zibai. I am f2p so being able to keep using a 3* weapon on Zibai is preferred.

My question though, is Linnea's healing enough to maintain the HoD 90% hp buff on Zibai? I might be able to save enough for Columbina C1 for the shield when she comes back if I get lucky with Linnea pulls, but there are other characters/constellations I may prefer before the end of 6.X.
