moderate/severe dysplasia

Currently waiting to be referred to the hospital again but I’ve started getting new pains and I’m unsure what they mean

Usually I have instability and pain down my legs into my knees or an aching pain but for a few days now in my left hip which is my better side I’ve had awful pain, my painkillers won’t take the edge off. It’s like I can feel the joint because of the pain burning so bad around it, it’s really achy but sharp, just worried that I might’ve torn something? Does anyone else get pains like this
