refund possible?

So I posted about my loafers being pretty asymmetric a week ago and I was wondering if it’s enough of an issue to be eligible for a refund? I know it’s not a huge issue just visually really annoying though

they also don’t exactly fit great - which is confusing to me because I have a pair of Gibsons (same last) in the same size and they fit great but there’s a weirdly large amount of space above the arch of my foot
