What if "The Fifty Year Night" used the original idea of Hilda meeting an older David? And/or also the idea of her meeting a young Johanna?
For those unaware, the writer originally planned to have Hilda meet David in the future, where he'd been 15 years older, and have an emotional reunion as he'd tell her she would've been gone for years, and then he helps her escape the Time Worm.
This was cut as the writers thought it would complicate the episode, but how do you think the episode would've gone down if it was kept in.
Something tells me they had planned it out and made a design for Adult David before using it for Gil in "The Jorts Incident" after scrapping the idea (if that wasn't what happened, than that's a big coincidence).
There was also an idea of having Hilda meeting Johanna as a child (>!something that would eventually happen in the finale!<), which also didn't happen. How do you think that would've gone down if it was included too?
