early scan - 6 weeks, said twins possible but other said not

i have had an early scan (5weeks 5 days) yesterday - technician said she could see two gestational sacs, but too blurry to see anything inside. said could show a possibility of twins (from both external & internal ultrasound). she checked with another midwife & agreed. no heartbeat this stage

However, i sent images over to my assigned usual midwife & she said it is impossible to be twins because the sacs are too far apart, possibility is that one is just a bleed, & based on what sees inside both most likely unviable - very cold & almost made me feel stupid

just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar
