Philco HI-VISION CRT
I got a old crt tv off the trash some days ago, i don't know anything about TVs, computers are my area of expertise.
I started dissasembling the thing and noticed nothing in particular, i cleaned up the outside plastic and screen, the insides were pretty dry , left the main board in front of a fan for some time just in case any rain had got in the board. After some time i plugged it in(OH i had to makeshift a power cord for it, someone on the street must've clipped it off) but no signal at all, no screen, no leds, nothing.
Fastforward to today, i decided to open it again, and guess what, the fuse was Blown, i changed it with one that wasnt the required amperage, 3.00 A out of 3.15A. But guess what, it turned on.
But now it's refusing to show display, the led lights up but no display at all.
Any ideas, besides changing the fuse for the right one(i have to buy one yet).
There's no model specifications on the back, the sticker is blank, old probably.
