Second Opinion on X-ray. Did my doctor miss this?

Hoping I can receive some advice on going about receiving a second opinion on an X-Ray I had done.

My doctor said my x-ray came up clear and it’s most likely Costochondritis. Should I see a different doctor and ask them to check the possibility of a sternoclavicar dislocation?

Pain 3/10 for 2 months now. At the time of the injury (gym exercise), the pain was 10/10 for about 2 days.
