Altec Lansing Valencia- are these original woofers?

Just got a pair of Valencia (I think) speakers and was wondering if these are the original woofers as pictures all have them mounted from the inside and without any foam. Can anyone give me information on them and perhaps suggest a valuation? The boxes are in great shape and the covers are being kept away from my cats.
Do I need to remove the back to check on the drivers?
