KCL for history vs Durham for Modern Languages & History

Hi everyone! I'm in a bit of a dilemma, I'm stuck between deciding for two universities: 1. An undergrad at KCL for history or 2. An undergrad at Durham for Modern Languages & History. I'm from Canada so I'm applying as an international student and I don't know much about the U.K University system.

I'm hoping after this undergrad to get a master's at Oxbridge, so I wanted to know which university would give me my best shot as I know how competitive Oxbridge is. After doing some research it shows that Durham's history program is better than KCL in the U.K, but internationally KCL's history program is ranked higher than Durham.

This doesn't help my indecisiveness when it comes to choosing between both programs. Could really use some advice, which one should I pick?
