Help me pick a travel ecosystem.

For background, I want a credit card ecosystem that can allow me to transfer points to hotels more than airlines. I don’t really care about nicer flights right now, I want to focus on being able to book nice hotels through the portal or to transfer points to eligible hotel partners. For context I do right now have the capital one savor one and the chase freedom unlimited, but I don’t have a designated travel card yet. I do want to note I do have a valid offer from AMEX to get the Amex gold card at the 100,000 point sign up bonus as of right now, which I believe is the max offer you can get for the gold card at the moment(correct me if I’m wrong). I’m willing to get one of the premium travel cards if the credits do fit my lifestyle. I also plan to take one or two international trips a year and one or two domestic trips a year, starting next year. If you guys have any advice I’d appreciate it.
