AI Defending

Is it me or anyone else feel that ai defending is back again but only for my opponents as they just control their cdms and their defense just intercepts everything for them with like 20 players in the box defending and constant press for 90 minutes without stamina drain? How is it possible? And if I try to do that my defense looses their shape and there is a lot of gap , it is happening to me quite often nowadays… and the goalkeeper saves nothing for me and my opponents goalkeeper jumps from left to the top right corner to save my finnese shot while mine just lets an easy shot… any suggestions?
