Advice please

Application Process

I took the LSAT last year and got a 145 with bare minimum studying. My GPA was a 3.79 and I have great experience on my resume, I’m bi lingual, and even studied and interned abroad. My resume also has an immigration/international law niche. I’ve worked hard to build. I decided to take a gap year to work as a paralegal and get my score up! Unfortunately due to some unforeseeable circumstances I scored a 142 with 3-4 months of good prep. I have been in a deep depression so to some health reasons and don’t have it in me to take this exam again. I plan on applying to schools in Ohio ex. Toledo, Akron, and then possibly transferring to a better school? Like Case Western or SUNY Buffalo. Any advice? Taking another gap year isn’t really an option. Thanks everyone!
