Healthcare or Financial

hi, I received jo from two companies. One is health care nonvoice, inhouse at yung isa is voice financial. i don't have experience for both. nakikita ko dito sa Reddit na super good environment and management daw yung sa inhouse but mas mababa yung offer nila sakin compare sa isa. yung account ko sa financial is known sya pero through 3rd party vendor at isanh malaking bpo rin,meron din sila inhouse dito kaso d ako nakapasa. nasa 4k lang naman yung difference nila. alin po ba mas better option sa dalawa yung mas magagamit mo talaga ang experience in the future? tyia po
