How to clean faux suede

hello guys!! im an rmt student and i accidentally got massage gel all over my faux suede bag. i've alternatively been putting cornstarch and baking soda to absorb the oil but it seems as if its not even making a dent. i love this bag and i dont want to have to put oil all over it. thank you in advance!! <3
