Importing API data into a google sheet

Hi All,

I want to start this by saying i'm very bad at AppScripts and need to be dogwalked through it.

I am trying to import/link a large API (64mb) and I would love some help with setting up a way to work around the 50mb call limit

Ideally script free would be preferable (if theres an app out there) but beggars can't be choosers.
