DBZ Sparking Zero Graphics Settings Issue

Hello fellas, I pre-ordered Sparking Zero back in the day hoping to be able to play it properly on my Legion Go, however it turned out to be a quite bad and frustrating experience, specially in onlne PvP, since the game slowdown if you don't hit the 60fps. So I recently reinstalled it again for the new updates and decided to just play it offline, taking advantage of the frame rate uncap and lossles scaling to play it on a decent resolution, wich actually works pretty well. Nevertheless, I am playing it with quite high settings but stuff like the level of detail, textures and effects seem to be stucked on low settings eventhough they are on the highest. Does any one know what could be making this an issue? I tried reinstalling it but doesn't seem to work either.
