Lightweight summer rain jacket with some stretch

So I'm looking for suggestions on a good rain jacket for when it gets warmer, or really just hot and rainy here in NC. I'm looking for something with a bit of shoulder stretch because I have issues swinging in long sleeves to begin with but add onto that being 6'4" and 350lbs with broad shoulders and anything that doesn't stretch becomes an issue. If anyone has a good suggestion for a rain jacket that will work good for golf, and some fishing, that won't bind on my shoulders and preferably has a little stretch that would be great.
