Not working after 6 months? Some questions please, tempted to stop

Hi guys, I have been on Ozempic since mid September. My doctor had me on 0.25mg for about 8 weeks, then 0.5mg for another 8 weeks. Jan 5 I went to 1mg and the 8 weeks ends today. I initially lost about 10 lbs but put it back on, so back at about 285lbs. The drug has felt like it does nothing for me since about the 3rd month with full appetite.

I guess what I would like to know is, is this normal for some people where it just takes more time to get to the right dosage that will work?

Should I keep on it for now or switch to something else like Moujaro?
