ASR 9901- bandwidth limiting for PPPoE sessions

I'm configuring a Cisco ASR 9K on the LAB. It runs PPPoE. Radius is responsible for authentication. Sessions are UP. I'd like to limit the speed for a given PPPoE user using radius, specifying numerical values ​​in a file. After entering 2000/200, the speed is limited to that band. From what I've read, this is done using PQOS, but I can't configure it. Can anyone provide an example of a WORKING configuration?
