rant about online

Online seems to be getting worser and worser by the day. We don't have enough GA's, not enough shoppers. outside of Christmas, i have not worked a single day where we finished shopping before 8am. Vans constantly going out late, i think this week alone we have had 8 12 late vans. I have never cried from being overwhelmed but last week was the first time i did. It feels like a never ending cycle of horror. We have so much sickness amongst our staff right now we are drowning. and all our store manager cares about is metrics and hitting targets!!!!! I think I want to leave but the job market to so bad I don't even know where to go.
