Just watched Border 2 and I feel that my eyes need therapy

(Note that this post isn't a review of any sort because of how specific a point it is trying to address: it can't be considered comprehensive, exhaustive or unbiased, so please don't come attacking me because I'm really not hating on the movie.)

So here goes: the second half was sooo chaotic, naturally. There was sooo much happening, which is expected of a war movie. My question is: are my eyes hurting because that's what action does to them or was the cinematography here subpar?

Genuinely curious because I don't watch the action genre much, and have definitely not watched a full-fledged war movie before: so wanted to know whether the swift camera pans and shakiness is universal to this genre or specific to this movie. Also note that I'm not on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and the like, and thus, am not exposed to even the minimally quick pans (of scrolling through reels, for instance) that most people today are used to. So maybe I'm more affected than most people would be assumed to be?

I don't quite know, so want your thoughts on the same! Thanks in advance ❤️
