Can hotels help get reservations for top restaurants in Bangkok (Sorn)?

Would love to dine at Sorn. I am a bit bothered by the fact they would like my social media. I am quite a private person so all my followers are my actual friends. Therefore I do not have large online presence.

I am staying at Aman and Four Seasons/Capella Bangkok this trip. Do you know if they would be able to secure me a reservation? Has anyone tried this before?
