Lightbox Help Needed

Have had my lightbox settings perfected for awhile now. Recently some new designs I throw at it, it’s getting some black dots in the light colors. When I go back to old designs it doesn’t happen. It’s the strangest thing that a few new designs are doing this. I always print light to dark but it seems it’s happening in the middle / towards the end of the print.

Filaments are dialed in properly and like I said everything prints great. What could be a cause of it dropping some black marks in my light colors only on a few new designs?

Hopefully someone can chime in with a suggestion.
