severe dysplastic nevus.

hello! please delete if this is not allowed. 26(F) went in for an acne concern and the dermatologist asked to look closer at a concerning mole on my back. ended up with a biopsy and a severe dysplastic nevus diagnosis. they’re recommending an excision, which i had scheduled for this week. i went to another derm for a full body check as now my body is in alarm mode and the original derm couldn’t get me in for one until may. the other doctor found another concerning mole on my lower back, and biopsied it and now i’m waiting for those results. i called the original derm to tell them and they moved my excision for two weeks to wait for that biopsy and see if we would need to do a new plan with that. can someone tell me their experience with this, and excisions? and now i’m spiraling about every mole on my back thinking they missed more?
