I want to reference a drop down menu value in another cell

I don't know if what I'm asking is possible but basically I want a cell to return a number when two drop down list are matching in values and if not matching I want the cell to return 0.

do you guys know if it's possible? if yes I would be grateful for the help thanks a lot!
