Is pain around the chest common?(not the nipples)

I've been feeling pain in my chest, sometimes it's a random sharp pain that goes away and sometimes it's pain that sticks for like, 20 minutes and it's also more noticeable if I press my hands against it. Maybe the dose is too high?
