Track usage data

Hi, I'm buying a house that backs onto the Midlands Mainline just north of Loughborough. I've used signalbox to get a sense of train frequency, but does anyone know if there are any datasets that provide total track usage - e.g. if I search for 'trains passing x' it seems to only be those stopping at a station, not actually using the rails.

I'm curious to see the longest 'gap' we might have between trains during weekday working hours.
