Finance disclosure after seperation

I will be separating from partner soon and planning on moving out with my child who is on HRC. My partner does not know how much I claim in benefits with UC, DLA , CA and I don’t wish them to know. My question is will I l have to disclose all my income to them at any point in the event of formally separating?
