Book about crossbowmans

Hi everyone,

After reenacting ww2 for a while, i begin to turn my mind on my other historical periode: Middle Ages.

I'm looking for any books that contains informations about the French crossbowmans during the Hundred Years War, or about crossbowmans in general.

I'm mainly looking for informations about the armor/equipments that was mainly used and about everything about life in general (of civilians and soldiers.)

Thanks !
