Blocked account and no given reason

Paypal blocked my account for no apparent reason. They asked me to verify my account by providing ID and bank statement with address, after I sent them the documents, my account with funds got blocked and only info I got is that in 180 days they will tell me how to withdraw the money. Like what is even going on? I don't understand the problem, the documents are real and the info is matching with my information on PayPal. I can't wait 180 days for the funds to be unlocked but in the first place the account shouldn't be blocked. I'm trying to talk to support but the only thing they tell me is that my account got blocked, thanks. Any way to contact somebody who can actually look into the case and help?
