Parking lot not touched on East Side

I’m a tenant of one of the big East Side property management companies and my parking lot has not been touched at all, so me and every other car is still completely trapped in. I understand the historic amount of snow but there has been zero communication on when we can expect to be plowed out and I can’t even reach maintenance to ask, goes straight to a voicemail box that is full. Anyone else dealing with a similar situation?
