I was not educated about sex and it has really messed me up.

I(18M)live in Ghana and something I have come to realise is that a lot of us were not educated on sex.To be honest it is treated like a taboo here.Some of my friends learnt it but doing it with their friends at a very young age.I on the other hand got introduced to sex through a porn video which I saw on my uncle's phone.Ever since then I was really curious about it .I was abused by a cousin and an aunt and that didn't help my case in anyway .It has made me so hypersexual always thinking about sex.I have tried quitting porn and masturbation but I just relapse and do it harder than before. It is really getting annoying and I don't know what to do .
