Flying Mount - Normal or save up for Epic?

Hi all, it's my first time playing TBC.

I'm wondering if it's worth it to purchase the Normal flying skill at Level 70? Or just save up for Epic flying? I'm quite broke (level 63 and only have 400g) so even spending 800-900 for Normal flying would be a huge expense for me

Would like to hear what other poor players do in this case, thanks
