Does anyone actually use their Personal Ambassador?

This is my 3rd year at Ambassador level. My second PA in that time. Both of them if honest seem to make life harder and cause more mistakes.

I find it is easier to just book on the app and message the hotel in the app directly.

Am I missing a trick? My PA is very nice but I cannot help feeling it would work better if a PA was assigned at booking in the country I am travelling too.

(I use marriot in the middle East and South East Asia) but live in Europe.
