Ok so if you like Misty then I am not trying to change your mind or anything. I am just sharing my personal opinion on her. Everbody loves Misty and freaks out when she comes back. They loved her in Kanto and Johto, and no matter how I try to look at her, I just can’t understand why. Let me start off with what I like about Misty.

1. In all of her returns I think she’s fine. I have no problem when she appeared in Hoenn or Alola. Showing her Mega Gyarados and how much stronger she’s grown was peak.

2. Despite not doing much in most episode, she ha saved the crew a few times.

3.She stops Brock when he gets horny. That’s all I really got for things I like about her.

Let’s get into what İ dont like about her. First off, I feel most will agree with this, her treatment of Psyduck, ESPECIALLY in Kanto. She always complains about him and talks down to him for mostly no reason. My much bigger issue is how much she babies Togpei. Its completely fine during Kanto as it’s still young by that point. But once we get to Johto it’s just stupid. This next one the one that people are gonna disagree with the most. During all of Kanto and Johto I believe she is not at all a strong trainer. She is very arrogant up but I never saw anything that would make me think she’s an average trainer at best before she leaves. Next we have how little she actually does. Like I said earlier, she’s come in clutch a few times and I won’t deny that. But for a vast majority of episodes she does nothing.

She seems kinda useless at times. The last major point I wanna touch on is how annoying I find her. I find her super annoying and whiny. She always yells at Ash for making small mistakes and is overall a jerk to him a lot of the time while she holds herself on this high mantel like she’s better then him when in reality she’s on the same skill level as him if not lower! Add in some other things I hate about her like her whole Bug Type thing, how she’s has such favoritism towards cute Pokemon and seems to not really like ones that aren’t.

Finally, I was she was wearing just a tad more on her outfit. Not only does she look really weird compared to the other charachters, but her design just felt revealing for no reason. Thats all.

Why I dont like Misty
