I bought a printer for upsc, how much does it cost for its servicing?

How much does fixing a hp printer cost? Not at any service centre, but in local shops. Basically in my printer the page was getting stuck and I tried all the jugaad but it wasn't working. So I went to the local shop and he said you've to service it Fully and it costs 1200. Is this price legit?
