Weird question but where can I get the most American flavored food?

haven't been to guam more than a decade.. and looking for a place that has most authentic good old American taste as im flying in from Asia. I remember Ruby's was pretty good but any other suggestions where its not too touristic??? I dont want any Japanese or Korean food..
