Should I feel guilty ?

So there's this friend of mine (suppose X) who was dating another friend of mine (say Y). They dated for like 3 months, online. It's was long distance. And suddenly one day, this shit happens and he lied to me. But to me, he was like am vulnerable. And I believed him. But apparently he was saying two different things to both of us (me and X). Now X on that particular day confronted him, and he said whatever he said to me was a lie and basically he called our years of friendship pointless. He wasn't aware I was there hearing this Convo. And before that day, he started firing at me and when I said he is doing wrong he was like you don't have a right to say that. And now X was like you did hell wrong my my friend so she would not talk to him. But as love birds, eventually they are back again. Mu friendship with Y is gone forever. My rage for him is another thing. But what am feeling now is can you date someone who did this wrong to your friend ? Like for me, unbiased, the image of that person as a whole is so downgraded that if that would happen to my friend I could never like a guy like him. So now should I feel guilty of this weird feeling of disrespect am having towards X talking to Y ? ( Me and her are on good terms since beggining, it's just me)
