Peter Jackson directing The Talisman

I think Peter Jackson could do a great job directing The Talisman. Divide the book into 3 movies. Movie 1: intro and go up to Jack escaping the Oatley Tavern (or near there. Maybe up to the hitchhiking scene where Bloat almost catches him at the rest area). Movie 2 picks up there and ends with the events at the Sunshine Home. Movie 3 finishes off the story.

I also think he’d be great at handling Black House too. What do you all think? I’ve been pondering who could do it for a long time and I keep coming back to Jackson.
