Estrogen psychosis

Hey so it turns out that if you run out of your estrogen pills and don't refill it for a week, then start taking it again, you can SERIOUSLY mess yourself up.

I didn't know that until two days ago when I entered a state of psychosis brought on my major hormone swings. Maybe that's something most people know and I should have, but... I didn't so now I'm warning you. Hope that helps someone who feels like they're losing their mind.
