Ask Reddit has banned me and I need help?

So I have a fairly new sub Reddit and I don’t know if this will even be posted but it’s growing pretty well and I was banned from ask Reddit because they said I was spamming and I really wasn’t doing that. I’m a good connector and I’ve been talking to people and thanking them for posting and all of the things you’re supposed to do and we are growing. I just wanna know how do I get help for this? we are about three months old and have about 1700 members I think and I’m working it. But I just want to help people. I know that’s a cliché, but it’s true. Could you grow so much that Reddit thinks you’re spamming?
