iem recommendation

I'm looking for a iem recommendation. I play bass guitar and i need to practice quetly sometimes. So I need a iem with 3.5 mm output and some gaming capability. I heard some iem with heavy bass can't do well in gaming making the footsteps muffly. mid to budget range iems are okay
