Moving from the US to Netherlands

Hi all:) I found out yesterday that I got accepted into a Dutch university to get my masters:) While I’m thrilled, I am also very overwhelmed and wanted to ask a few questions!

I’ve been on hormones for over two years now, would I still have to wait in line to continue treatment with a doctor or should I be okay to continue without having to DIY?

How are things there for the lgbtq community, particularly trans people?

Anything important I should know? Thanks:)
