Help, Dealership buy bids

Hey guys, I recently left a franchise branded dealership and went to a small used lot that’s associated with a brand dealer, we recently took a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia in on trade, I know a little about trucks like that, and my manager had asked me to get some buy bids on it, I’ve only ever done car SALES, if anyone could tell me what information I need to get together or what I should say before I call the local truck dealer to get a buy bid, I would greatly appreciate it!
