How to get misdiagnosis removed?

Found out I was diagnosed years ago with EUPD but after reviewing the criteria at any given point in my life I have only met two of the criteria and I read that meeting 5 is the diagnostic threshold? I also wonder if this is why I had such a hard time getting doctors to believe that I have heart failure and PH, as they would always suggest the symptoms of these diseases were psychogenic. Given that this diagnosis I believe is incorrect I would like it removed from my record. How do I do this?
