Moved away from abusive situation and money is really tight, looking for help to not start the new month in my overdraft

As the title says. I moved away from a family abusive relationship in September and ate through my savings within a month trying to build a new life. I just found out today that I can’t start my own family because I’m a carrier for certain genetic diseases and it’s just made me feel like everything is on top of me. My bills and rent are almost £1000 a month because I had to move so quickly, I just took what was available. I am also paying off a loan that I had to take out to settle things before leaving but I am regretting it stupidly now! Anyway, I ai am in my overdraft by £121 and I don’t want to start the month paying off such a big portion. I would be grateful for literally anything. I just need a month to get my head above the water slightly. I feel awful because I can’t offer anything back other than endless gratitude and prayers for whoever you believe in haha
