TLDR; I am a gt user who does offerwalls for gems, and was supposed to receive 7 million gems from an app I downloaded. Never received it due to they're unstable tracking, so I contacted support and instead of getting 7 million gems, I receive 2 million as a "Consolation Prize". It was a weird back and forth situation and I'm honestly probably done with doing the whole offerwall thing.

I don't know if anyone does the tapjoy/MyChips tasks for gems, but I do as I am not gonna buy some gems. I've noticed though the MyChips is definitely a buggy and unstable site (I think it's a site). Almost every task I've done hasn't tracked past the first or second reward, and every time it did this, I'd contact them.

At first they would give me my reward given the proof of completion, but after a while they just didn't do it anymore, saying they couldn't help me. THIS TIME however was quite different, as the app I was completing a task on was literally just an app version of MyChips, and who could've guessed, the app tracked my gameplay and completions perfectly fine!?!?

Of course though, MyChips showed no proof of this, and so I had to contact them again. They were also quite slow to respond this time, but alas I got lucky, and they believed and responded to my proof of videos and images showing completion. So what did I receive? As shown in the image, I got a little more than 2 million gems, but this is where it's weird.

With the task I was working on, you would've gotten 7 million gems, but instead they gave me 2 million and claimed it's the best they could do??? I don't see how this possibly makes sense at all, but at least I was slightly compensated rather than being scammed and getting nothing.

I know this is kind of a long rant post but I thought I'd share it for anyone who does do the offerwall tasks for gems to say that customer support is weird and the offers sometimes just don't work at all.

Received "Consolation Prize" for MyChips not tracking properly once again 😭
