Secret service deposition

Bill Clinton went to parties and had several meetings with JE after his presidency, meaning that he still had agents with him. He might even have had encounters with JE while being president.

If we learned something from his Lewinsky incident, is that even secret service can be deposed.

That could also apply to the current Mr. President Donnie-T.

Why don’t we see that happening in this case?
