Estrogel level

Hey,

I'm 3 months on HRT (transfem). I used 2 pumps of estrogel and 0.25 of the pill andocur according to doctor's prescription. I had a blood check with the following results: Estradiol - 66.2 pg/ml Progesterone - 0.17 ng/ml Prolaktin - 36.1 ng/ml Testesteron - 0.146 ng/ml

My doctor said that I should stay on the same level of estrogel and andocur. But what I see in reddit and internet is that 100-200 pg/ml estradiol will the optimal target range. It means that I can increasey dosage of estrogel by 4 pumps a day. Do you think it's a good idea to try for the next 3 months?
