Is Ghosting someone a violation of Ahimsa? 👻🤔

Hear me out: Ahinsa isn't just about not hitting people, it’s about non-injury in thought and speech. If you ghost someone and leave them stressed/anxious, is that technically mental violence? Or is it just self-care? talk about it from a Jain perspective.
